Yaesu is breaking new ground with the new FT-100. This radio offers
HF, 6m, 2m and 70cm all mode operation, with general coverage and
wideband receive from 100 kHz?970 MHz. The radio has a multifunction
LCD display, and features automatic repeater shift for FM operation,
Yaesu's ARTS (Auto-Range Transponding System), built-in CTCSS and
DCS for FM operation, built-in CW memory keyer, Digital Signal
Processing (offers bandpass and notch filters as well as noise
reduction), dual antennas jacks (one for HF/6m; one for 2m/70cm), IF
shift, IF noise blanker, 200 memory channels, speech processor, VOX
and more. The radio is supplied with a hand microphone with up and
down frequency controls, a mounting bracket with hardware, and a
fused DC power cord.
